Joshua Atkinson, and his wife Annaleah, are managers and owners of the Spirit Haven property. Both are ministers of the Fellowship of the Inner Light, have extensive experience in teaching principles of spiritual growth, are experienced in community living, and are students of Spirit.
is working in the field of professional counseling at this time, having
worked as a certified substance abuse counselor, recreation therapist, and
ropes and initiatives instructor for the past fifteen years. Spirit Haven
is Joshua's primary interest, with the organic growth of the "intentional
neighborhood" concept and the opportunity with his wife and fellow residents
to guide Spirit Haven's development. He is active in local environmental
offers a wellspring of insight and healing to all of her endeavors, with
a strong focus in the areas of healing, gardening in cooperation with nature,
and teaching the course, Inner Light Consciousness -- a guided experience
in spiritual evolution. She holds a master's degree in special education,
is a mediator for the Mediation Center of Asheville, leads women's groups
and is an advisor to local government leaders. Her book, "To

Gerstenhaber PhD. is a clinical psychologist, an Ordained Maggid (Jewish
spiritual teacher, healer, and "traveling rabbi") in the Jewish Renewal
Movement, and has been trained in a variety of meditation traditions. He
is available for ritual development(including weddings), Spiritual Integration
Coaching, and a variety of psychic and intuitive healing modalities. Some

Fochler is a former radio broadcaster and Chamber of Commerce executive
who successfully processed a twenty year long critical healing crisis using
alternative healing techniques. Drawing on his experience, Robert offers
educational sessions on the use of herbs, homeopathy, color therapy, radionics
and creative visualization. He also teaches meditation and leads guided
tours of Western North Carolina waterfalls and other power centers on the
Kischbaum is a meditator, chef, painter, poet and free thinker. She
has practiced meditation since 1972 and lived in an ashram for 10 years.
She is a culinary school graduate and a chef, with twenty years experience
in fine restaurants and catering. She is currently employed as a food broker
for IJ Company and is available to cater a meal for fine dining. Her hobbies
of visionary painting and poetry are inspiring. She tends the Vortex Garden
and produces organic gourmet meals.
"Bina" Raskin is a master's level child psychologist who has been on
sabbatical for the past three years. This time away from career has provided
her a time of deep personal transformation and spiritual journeying. Bina
is not currently available for counseling, but is happy to share conversation
with fellow seekers.
